1792 XV is a mature, cask-strength Kentucky straight bourbon that represents the oldest age-stated release in the 1792 portfolio. Aged for 15 years in new charred American oak and bottled uncut and unfiltered, it delivers concentrated flavor shaped by extended maturation. Rich dark fruit, sweet caramel and vanilla are complemented by cocoa, leather and deep oak character. Its robust strength and layered profile create a bold expression that balances lingering sweetness with mature barrel spice.

Nose: Sweet cola, vanilla extract and leather, accompanied by stewed strawberries, raspberries, blackberry and rich charred oak.
Palate: Dark cherry, brown sugar and burnt caramel combine with cocoa, vanilla and cola sweetness. Cinnamon spice and charred oak add depth, with hints of leather and dark fruit.
Finish: Long and powerful, with lingering dark caramel, molasses, black pepper and aged oak, followed by subtle earthy notes and a dry, slightly smoky edge.
