The domaine produces a range of wines from regional cuvées to premier cru wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Winemaker François Labet has been responsible for Domaine Pierre Labet's wines since 1984 and vinifies the estate's wines at his recognized estate, Chateau de la Tour – a top producer of Clos Vougeot Grand Cru located within the walled vineyard itself. Domaine Pierre Labet's top wines are produced with fruit from the Premier Cru sites Savigny-les-Beaune Les Vergelesses and Beaune Aux Coucherias. All the estate's vineyards are cultivated organically with vines trained and pruned the same way as François Labet's Grand Cru plots at Clos Vougeot.
