They take the top handful of barrels of their Texas Straight Bourbon made from 100% Panhandle yellow-dent corn and then give a little extra time in the wood. Then they bottle it up. That’s it. No filtration, no cutting to proof with water, no blending… they just tip the barrel over and pour it into bottles at 67.5% ABV. This liquid Texas treasure is as dark and rich as molasses and tasty as you will ever have.
