"I'm so particular in what I look for a sipping brown. Most of the time I'm looking to have a full flavor of spice. I generally don't want to guess what spice the master is using but this one, he or she hit it just right. I was intrigued about the "stick" inside the bottle {french oak?} for more flavor. So glad that mid November, my new neighborhood liquor store had a sale on it. made my day. but i will be happy to pay the reg price since I like this so well. On a sad note, I only wish my sister hadn't gotten so ill as of late. she would have like this one whenever she would visit. love u sis --"

Distillery Information

Founded by Joe Giildenzopf, Jamie Giildenzopf and Brad Neathery, Oak & Eden is a product of Texas-based Sanctified Spirits Company. The innovative finishing process they use for their whiskeys involves putting a spiral of wood in their bottles of bourbon and rye. The tight five-inch spirals are crafted from American white oak, allowing a maximum surface area for the whiskey to interact with the wood.
