Otra fabulosa expresión juvenil del embotellador independiente Murray McDavid, lanzada como parte de la colección The Vatting. Combinando dos whiskys de pura malta de destilerías no reveladas, el primero tiene mucha turba, mientras que el segundo es cremoso y dulce para lograr un perfil maravillosamente audaz pero equilibrado. Destilado en 2014, madurado en barriles de bourbon y terminado en barricas de jerez Pedro Ximénez, se produjeron un total de 1.542 botellas para este lanzamiento.

Nariz: brisa marina ahumada, piña asada, crema cuajada, tartas de natillas de vainilla.

Boca: humo de turba dulce con una sensación en boca aceitosa, mucha fruta de jerez y especias de roble.

Final: Pimienta ahumada picante, especias para hornear calientes y roble carbonizado.
