Nariz: Aroma delicioso.
Boca: Potentes y audazmente especiadas, las frutas confitadas revelan una profundidad de caramelo, café recién tostado, nuez moscada y coco.

Información de la destilería
La destilería Rio Brazos está ubicada en College Station y es propiedad de Nathan Barkman. La destilería artesanal abrió sus puertas en diciembre de 2013. La destilería está situada en un almacén junto a Perrine Winery – Dowling Rd y New Republic Brewing, lo que lo convierte en un pequeño destino agradable en College Station. La destilería Rio Brazos elabora whisky a partir de pequeños lotes de maltas de maíz amarillo dulce y cebada tostada que se cocinan en una tetera y se destilan en un alambique de reflujo de 500 galones.
