Although we work very closely with our retailer partners to update quantity on hand some delays may occur outside of our control. All orders or processed in the order they are received. The health and safety of our retail fulfillment partners is our number one priority. This has created extended delays in the past and we apologize for the inconvenience anyone may have experienced. Our full team has been working nonstop with each retailer in our network clearing up all past due orders and getting them fulfilled and shipped out.

While many online retailers industry wide are experiencing issues relative to product and logistics. We are finally proud to announce that all operations across our entire retail fulfillment network have been CERTIFIED COVID-19 GREEN LIGHT. This means retailers are finally back to processing at almost normal capacity. If your order is delayed we ask that you please consider the health and safety of these individuals who are working at elevated risk levels to process orders.   1. Regularly cleansing surfaces with using soap and water
  2. Packaging employees are all required to wear latex gloves
  3. CDC instructed to keep a 6ft distance during shifts
  4. All products are wiped down with a cleansing agent prior to packaging
  5. Packages are stored in a protected staging area
  6. Packaging is cardboard boxes which has the shortest time the virus is detectable.
