The company works with mature whiskey stocks and uses secondary maturation techniques to develop distinctive flavor profiles. NULU has become particularly associated with single barrel selections and creative barrel finishes, including toasted oak and specialty finishing casks. Its approach combines established American whiskey production with hands-on barrel selection, allowing individual barrels to retain their own character rather than being blended into a uniform large batch.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0050/2395/7103/files/43_f65d17f6-6736-4f03-aae3-582748002407.png?v=1792437283
https://caskcartel.com/es/products/nulu-single-barrel-cherry-berry-pancakes-select-finished-in-maple-brulee-barrels-8-year-old-kentucky-straight-bourbon-whiskey
