In all, Morey farms around nine hectares (22 acres) of vineyard across a raft of well-regarded sites, mostly in Chassagne, but there are plots in nearby Puligny-Montrachet, Santenay, Beaune and Saint-Aubin. The jewel in the crown is possibly the domaine's 0.1 hectare (0.25 acre) holding in the Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru vineyard although the estate boasts several coveted premier cru sites too. These include the white wine climats of: Les Baudines, Les Embrazées, Morgeot and Vide-Bourse in Chassagne; La Truffière in Puligny; Les Grèves in Beaune; and Les Castets, Les Combes and Le Puits in Saint-Aubin.
