Most who have tried this would agree that it’s good for those with and without previous mezcal experience. This special edition is made with 58.5% maguey Sierrudo and 41.5% maguey Cuishe. The two types of agave were co-fermented by mezcalera Karina Abad Rojas, who is in charge of production for Los Nahuales, Alipus, and Mezcalero. The flavors of this mezcal are bright and well-defined.
