These 'underground cathedrals' are home to the estate's diverse portfolio of northern Italian varieties from Piedmont's top wine regions. The majority of wine produced at Coppo is more value-driven, and includes Barbera, Metodo Classico sparkling wines, Chardonnay and Moscato d'Asti. However, the winery also produces some classic DOCG wines, including Gavi and Barolo.
