The soils in Sermiers have a relatively high salinity, which can usually be felt in the wines. The company is certified organic with Ecocert and its first vintage was in 2015 and it was put on the market in 2019. Emilien's sensitivity for the terroir and his accuracy in production give small quantities of wine but of the highest quality.
