Members are able to be involved with the winemaking process from harvest to blending, the extent of which is at their own discretion. The Reserve estate covers 80 acres (32 hectares) and includes 60 acres (24 hectares) vineyards as well as orchards, the winery, barrel cave and an expansive garden. It was founded by William Harlan in the early 1980s, originally as a cattle ranch. Today, the winemaking team is led by Bob Levy of Harlan Estate. Members may be involved with the full spectrum of the winemaking process.
