Capacity is 4 million liters of alcohol, though the current owners have reduced output to 600,000 million liters while focusing on Single Malt production. This reduction in turn has allowed a longer fermentation time of 160 hours. Unlike many Scottish distilleries, there are two separate spirit safes which allows the independent operation of the two sets of stills. As the distillery is designed to be gravity fed, there are horizontal condensers which make it easier to maintain a consistent temperature, or modify it to alter the character of the spirit.
