This range is known as the Cavit Collection and is made for the US market. It includes international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, as well as a popular Prosecco made in neighboring Veneto. The cooperative was established in 1950 between grape growers in Trentino who were looking to promote both their fruit and the region.
