The estate produces a large number of labels, some in collaboration with local growers and other winemakers, including multi-regional Spanish winemaker and local hero Raul Perez, with whom he makes the A Trabe label. Wines from Quinta da Muradella are generally either regional blends or single varietal bottlings based around Bastardo, Mencia, Dona Blanca and a host of local Galician varieties of varying renown. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo only native ferments in the winery.
