A.D. Laws Single Barrell Cask Strength Secale 3 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Nutty banana bread, apple cider and light plum, English toffee, some clove and sharp cinnamon. There can be hints of citrus.
Palate: Maple donut, banana pudding, a nutty toffee and some apple and dark berry pie. The back is huge. The rye is heavy and flirts with bitter but stays around dark chocolate and some cheap pipe tobacco.
Finish: Long and rich.
