In 14 years, the business in Uchizy has flourished in the hands of the couple: wine production on the 30 hectare wine estate has increased from 150,000 to 280,000 bottles. The vineyards of Mallory and Benjamin are located in Southern Burgundy in the villages of: Uchizy, Montbellet, Farges-lès-Mâcon and Tournus. All of our vineyards are planted with Chardonnay grapes with low, controlled yields of 68 hl\/ha.
