Spanning more than 300 hectares of vines across the region's unique terroirs—representing roughly 20% of the entire appellation—the producer brought together 130 winegrowing families to preserve traditional Provençal viticulture. Originally established inside a disused 16th-century flour mill in La Cadière-d'Azur, the winery is a vocal pioneer of sustainable agriculture in Provence, achieving extensive High Environmental Value (HVE) certifications and expanding into organic farming.
