Founded by Achille Pascal in 1960 and producing its first vintage in 1972, the estate has been expertly managed since 1999 by his children, the sibling duo Céline Devictor and Jérôme Pascal. Benefiting from a coastal Mediterranean microclimate, the vineyard's old vines thrive on complex clay and red limestone soils, which are farmed sustainably under strict organic standards and certified High Environmental Value (Haute Valeur Environnementale).
