The blend combines mature corn and rye whiskies, with maturation across new American oak, French oak, and used American oak casks. Its robust character centers on toasted sweetness, combining burnt brown sugar and roasted marshmallow with layers of molasses, honey, dark chocolate, and rich oak. Bottled without chill filtration or added coloring, it offers a powerful, full-bodied profile that balances deep sweetness with spice and mature wood character.

Found North Cask Strength Batch #012 16 Year Old Blended Canadian Whisky Tasting Notes

Nose: Roasted marshmallow and creamy vanilla open the aroma, followed by brown sugar, caramel, toasted oak, and hints of baking spices.
