After changing ownership several times, the distillery was acquired in 2017 by The GlenAllachie Distillers Company, led by Billy Walker, Trisha Savage, and Graham Stevenson. Under the new ownership, GlenAllachie became increasingly recognized for its extensive approach to wood management and maturation, including the use of sherry, wine, and other specialty casks. The distillery's Speyside spirit is known for its rich, robust character and ability to develop pronounced flavors through different maturation styles.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"ConciergeUK","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50283728437386,"sku":null,"price":1029.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0050\/2395\/7103\/files\/15_916c5425-8172-47f7-9f7d-b8a872cfd78b.jpg?v=1790267603","url":"https:\/\/caskcartel.com\/products\/glenallachie-14-year-old-2007-cask-7044-px-puncheon-single-malt-scotch-whisky-700ml","provider":"CaskCartel.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
