Matured long enough to develop deep oak and dark fruit character while retaining the vibrant spice of well-aged rye, it balances rich caramel and chocolate with toasted nuts, leather and warming baking spice. Its Brook Hill series revives the historic Brook Hill name and focuses on individually selected barrels of mature American whiskey. The 2024 Brook Hill rye lineup included ‘Wont’ as an 11-year-old release, with only 96 bottles produced and distributed in New Jersey and Florida. ‘Wont’ was bottled at 133.92 proof, making it one of the most powerful expressions in the series.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0050/2395/7103/files/5_422f8316-6ef3-4fb9-8150-b962fb667a95.webp?v=1791467573
https://caskcartel.com/products/rare-character-brook-hill-private-barrel-8-year-old-wist-straight-rye-whiskey
