Wines are based on familiar French grape varieties plus Sangiovese. The business is a joint venture between six brothers from three families. These are the Seccis from Italy, the Sekhris from Delhi, and the locally-based Mohite-Patil brothers. Production is overseen by the Tuscan winemaker Piero Masi. Wines are made from estate fruit. Vineyard soils are infertile (a positive for winemaking) with a high mineral content. Sette (VII) is the signature bottling, named for the six brothers plus Masi. It is a Tuscan-style blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, promoted as India's first icon wine. It spends 14 months in French oak. The MS range was created by Masi with renowned British wine expert Steven Spurrier. It includes a rosé made from Sangiovese, and an 80:20 blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
