Jess Jackson of Kendall-Jackson purchased La Crema in 1993, and the winery quickly gained a reputation for making quality wines at value prices. La Crema sources fruit from all over California, including the Anderson Valley in Mendocino, Russian River Valley, Los Carneros, Sonoma Coast, and from Monterey and Arroyo Seco on California's Central Coast.
