      Detailed Description

Arbois Album Savagnin is known for its aromatic complexity, often exhibiting notes of nuts, spices, citrus, and floral undertones.

        Producer Information

Jean-Baptiste Ménigoz was a part-time teacher working with disabled children before devoting himself entirely to viticulture in 2011 by creating Les Bottes Rouges estate in the Jura. During this time, he became obsessed with natural viticulture, probably under the influence of his good friend and compatriot winemaker, Raphaël Monnier. After a few vintages produced with the help of his wife, Jacqueline, he was joined in 2014 by Florien Kleine Snuverink, originally from the Netherlands. The general theme is quite simple: indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, depending on the vintage, and low to sulfur-free.
