This complex and structured wine is bright straw in color with aromas of fresh spring flowers, hay, ripe citrus fruit, quince and Anjou pear. Medium-bodied, with notes of tart pear, quince, lime, and minerality the Latour White offers medium acidity, with hints of honeydew, green apple and hazelnuts on the long finish.

Pierre Miodownick has worked for over 25 years as the head winemaker for Royal Wine Europe, producing some of the most famous and high quality kosher wines on the face of the earth. In 2008, he moved to Israel, where he finally had the opportunity to make wines in the style of his choosing. Domaine Netofa is located near the famous Kerem ben Zimra, in the Galillee, which is well known for having one of the best climates in israel for grape growing. While many wines from Israel are big and bold, Domaine Netofa wines are refined and elegant, after the the Rhone valley style of winemaking. Domain Netofa, after its inaugural harvest, has already received rave reviews from publications such as the Wine Advocate.
