Domaine Mie Ikeno is a prestigious, boutique winery located in the Yatsugatake area of Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, known for producing limited quantities of high-quality Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Merlot. Established in 2011 by winemaker Mie Ikeno, the winery is celebrated for its commitment to traditional Burgundian winemaking methods and organic farming practices without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
