The freshly harvested apricots are so carefully processed that not only the aroma, but also many vitamins are preserved. The mature, hand-picked and pitted fruits are pressed into marille juice. The color and the aroma originate exclusively from the self-pressed Marillensaft. This Liqueur is a versatile and beautifully-hued spirit that works well in cocktails and mixers with its relatively low alcohol content of 40%.
