The Caledonian 39 year old is a malt whisky from Signatory Vintage, which was distilled in 1976 and bottled in 2015. The whisky was distilled using the single malt process, where the water used to make the whisky is heated in a copper pot. It is a blend of malts that are both unpeated and peated. This whisky is made from 100% malted barley.
