Christian Drouin Millésime 1989 Calvados is an impressively matured expression. Following a double distillation, it culminated its ageing process in sherry casks, allowing the eaux-de-vie to absorb the enriching essence of the wood while preserving its distinctive character over the years. Expect notes of ripe pears, caramelised vanilla and toffee apples.
