This limited edition mezcal is made with select Espadin agave, five spices, and a pechuga, or duck breast, which adds a rich and savory flavor to the spirit. The agave is slow-cooked in traditional earthen ovens and fermented with wild yeasts for a smooth and complex taste. Finally, the mezcal is double distilled in copper pot stills for a smooth finish.
