Detailed Description
Maryland-style is a softer whiskey, in the colonial style favored by good old father of our country George Washington. It's made with 65% AC Hazlet Winter Rye, 25% heirloom corn, and 10% malt barley (all non-GMO) aged for two years in new barrels from Minnesota's Black Swan Barrels. It's sweet, it's smooth, it's got notes of golden raisin, caramel, and apricot; if you like smooth bourbons like Evan Williams but can stand a little snap in the finish—run, don't walk. It's a sipping rye that's beautifully smooth.
