Remus Repeal Reserve Bourbon is a high rye style. Series V leads with dried fruit, rich caramel, maple syrup, and roasted nuts. The beginning includes rich toffee & vanilla, followed by chocolate, glazed nuts and oak. The finish offers candied fruit, caramel & oaky rye spice.

Nose: An opulent nose of dense chewy caramel, butterscotch pudding, and maple syrup gains depth from nutty, earthy, and tobacco leaf notes.

Palate: Rich and creamy sweetness balanced with generous oak tannins, lending fine balance.

Finish: On the finish, look for drying cedar and oak, with clove and pepper.

Cold and pure, the water we use to craft our whiskey is naturally limestone filtered, lowering the sulfur and iron content that negatively affect a whiskey's taste. The result is a bold, spicy flavor no other region can replicate.
