The Open Seas. Papa's Pilar Rum is inspired by Ernest 'Papa' Hemingway and his beloved boat, the Pilar. Aptly named after Papa and the vessel of his adventures, Papa's relentless spirit and sea-faring exploits inspired us to rediscover rums from his favorite ports of call.
