The Burns Malt is an official Arran Single Malt, endorsed by Robert Burns World Federation, the leading authority on the life and works of Robert Burns. This light aromatic single malt is ideal for drinking, before or during your Burns Supper. Very fresh with no artificial colouring, this beautifully packaged malt is made for easy drinking. This special edition gift pack comes complete with a whisky glass emblazoned with the Robert Burns Malt logo and the epithet 'Lay the proud usurpers low!' from the poem Scots Wha Hae.

Nose: The nose is sweet with notes of toffee, pecan and summer fruits.

Distillery Information
Situated on the Isle of Arran, Arran Distillery was founded in 1994 by Harold Currie, the former director at Chivas Distillery, and is one of the last remaining independent distilleries in Scotland. When the distillery was finally completed in 1995 — construction was halted for nearly a year when a pair of Golden Eagles built their nest near the distillery — it became the first legal distillery on the Isle of Arran in over 150 years.
