An exciting addition to the Arcane range from Gray's Distillery in Mauritius, which had the splendid idea of infusing flambéed bananas into its sugar cane based rhum! A real treat sipped neat with a cube of ice, and should make for some rather exciting cocktails too.

Nose: Fruity notes, clear banana scent.

Palate: Fresh fruity, fresh sugar cane, bananas.

Finish: A nice length, the flavors of cooked fruits give way to the sweetness of cane.
