A mysterious Highland single malt from Stirling, bottled for the Sons of Scotland series and named The Cashley! It was aged in bourbon hogsheads for eight years before bottling, so there's buttery sweetness among the more herbaceous flavours. The series celebrates Stirlingshire’s whisky making history, and this expression was named after Cashley Distillery, founded back in 1925.

Nose: Mint white chocolate, zingy apple skin, and a touch of quince.
Palate: Stewed apple with buttery crumble topping, and peppery oak in tow.
Finish: Lemon peel appears on a tangy finish.
