This rum spent 3 years on the island (which by agricole standards is old enough to enjoy by all means) and another 2 years in continental Europe. The resulting rum is a gorgeous mix of the tropical aromatics and deep Guadeloupian soulful funk. A unique and singular expression we're not likely to see from any other producer of rum and a welcome addition to the growing scene of high quality rum.

Nose: Refreshing aroma.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
