Producer Information
Domaine Christian Confuron & Fils is a Vougeot-based producer in Burgundy's northern Côte de Nuits subregion. The estate, which predominantly produces red Burgundy wines from Pinot Noir (although a small amount of white wine is also made) was purchased in 2021 by Evenstad Estates, the Orgeon-based parent company of Domaine Serene. The estate comprises some six hectares (15 acres) of vineyard, predominantly in the more northern Côte de Nuits. The domaine boasts plots in the famed Grand Cru Clos de Vougeot (in the northwestern section of the site, close to the famed Château du Clos de Vougeot) and in Bonne Mares, as well as premier cru holdings in Chambolle-Musigny and Nuits-Saint-Georges.
