The 2020 Syrah White Hawk is a powerful, driving wine. Dark red fruit, iron, incense, scorched earth, leather and chocolate are all amplified. This is an especially rich Syrah for Los Alamos and White Hawk. The 2020 was done with fully destemmed fruit.

Kinsman Eades. For winemaker Nigel Kinsman, winemaking is a highly personal pursuit and is strongly tied to vineyard sites that inspire him. He was not born into a winemaking family, rather he discovered his passion on his own. He was studying music at the University of Adelaide in Australia and simply needed a job. Through his mothers connection with a store manager at Bailey and Bailey’s (a small number of fine-wine stores in Adelaide) he was given an entry level position. He thought it was just going to be working at a liquor store as he didn’t realize at the time the reputation of these stores and the diversity of their wine selections.
