In 1990 it was decided to build the wine centres, from an idea of Antonio Caggiano, partly for pleasure, partly for the challenge, not only to rediscover the smells and flavours previously lost in Taurasi wine, but also to create a small museum of the agricolture tools used in the past. The building has a modern technical structure with an antique taste, the visitor can wander through the centres, which gives the impression of a mysterious underground land, between walls made of a large stones, arches and vaults.
