A full-bodied yet elegant white, it pairs particularly well with Comte cheese. Straw-yellow in colour. Exotic aromas of orange peel, peach and pepper.

The Clos du Gravillas was born from the work of a young American-Narbonnais couple, Nicole and John Bojanowski, who came to settle on the terroirs of Saint-Jean-du-Minervois from 1999. Located 270 meters above sea level La Causse, the estate enjoys a precious freshness that descends from the black mountain on summer nights. The star of the vineyard is Carignan, but he is not the only grape to reign over this limestone white marine fossils. The exploitation of bojanowski is certified in organic: no weedkiller is used, microbial life of the soil is encouraged, and biodynamic preparas are developed to strengthen the immune defenses of the vine. The result and both rich and pure for reds; floral and mineral for whites.
