The family history linked to the world of wine begins with Cavalchina, located in an area characterized by a long history: there are testimonies from the Habsburg land registry which, already in 1848, make known the existence of a substantial number of quality vineyards and resistant. Not only wine-growing history, but also of battles: Cavalchina was at the center of the 1st and 3rd wars of independence. The two brothers, Franco and Luciano, continued to refine the technique, but a technique aimed at helping nature express itself. The technique serves to ensure that each wine remains similar to itself over the years, not to distort it. Interest and curiosity led them, immediately after 2010, to make the latest addition: 'L lac, a single-product Lugana company, with vineyards right on the shores of Lake Frassino, in the heart of Lugana. Also in this case there is a reference to history and origins: the land purchased coincides with the same countryside that grandfather Luciano owned and which was sold by his son Giulietto to expand the Prendena.
