A1710 La Delivrande | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: On the nose, its complexity is revealed by notes of black fruits and macadamia nuts, contrasting scents of mint and leather.
Palate: In the mouth, swirls of smoked wood precede notes of blond tobacco and jams of fruits.
Finish: The finish is intensely long, with notes of chocolate and burnt beans.
Distillery Information
In 2010, Yves Assier de Pompignan, encouraged by his father, a former founder of the Technical Center for Sugarcane and Sugar in Martinique, embarked on the project of building a small distillation unit for white rum with noble aromas and delicate flavors.
