Ælred Melonade : All the way from the southeast of France comes Ælred Melonade, a wonderfully refreshing aperitif built around the general awesomeness of Melon de Cavaillon. Great for cocktails, for splashing in your spritz, or for drizzling over a fruit salad for an extra little bit of sweetness. Fun fact: French author Alexandre Dumas donated a copy of all his writings (around 300 or 400 volumes!) to the Cavaillon library for the price of 12 Melon de Cavaillon a year for the rest of his life.
