Barrell Bourbon New Year 2027 Bourbon Whisky Tasting Notes

Nose: Dark caramel, baked apple, vanilla cream, toasted oak, and baking spice with hints of cherry syrup, roasted nuts, and citrus zest.

Palate: Dense and layered with brown sugar, black cherry, molasses, cinnamon, charred oak, and creamy vanilla balanced by lively rye spice and rich mouthfeel.
