This limited edition Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin from Steven Harrington is a unique blend of 10 botanicals and is produced in a distillery in England. The gin is crafted in small batches, using a vapor infusion technique to ensure the flavors are extracted without damaging the delicate botanicals. The gin is then rested in hand-selected American white oak casks to enhance the flavor. This gin has a sweet aroma with notes of juniper, coriander, angelica, and citrus. On the palate, it is light and smooth with a hint of sweetness. The finish is dry and crisp, with a lingering warmth.
