Booker's Country Ham is the Third Batch of Booker's Bourbon for 2019. It's named after Booker Noe’s favorite hobby besides distilling: curing country ham. He enjoyed curing and tasting his hams nearly as much as he enjoyed distilling his bourbons. Batch 2019-03 matured for 6 years, 4 months, and 2 day and is bottled at 124.7 proof, uncut and unfiltered.

Nose: A bit of smoke and dried fruit on the aroma.
Palate: Tastes of leather, vanilla, and freshly cut wood, finishing with a slightly tropical note.
Finish: The finish is medium and warm that gives you a nice “Kentucky hug” after swallowing.
