Caol Ila 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whiskey (G&M Bottling) was distilled in 2003 and matured for 10 years in traditional oak casks before being bottled at cask strength. Caol Ila distills the wash in copper-pot stills that are less full in order to maximize copper contact. As a result, the whisky is less peaty and smoky than traditional Islay whiskies.

Nose: Aroma of cured meat, saltines and tropical fruits.
Palate: Notes of red apples, peat and milk chocolate on the palate.
